Please check the product carefully, follow the size chart(shoes), and confirm your correct size before placing an order. After the product has been sent for delivery, any personal preference or change of mind will not be accepted, so review the photos/videos carefully and choose your desired product correctly when ordering.

Delivery, Return & Refund

Paye Hype is dedicated to delivering your orders in good condition and on time, so we ship our product(s) via reputable couriers. Our delivery, return & refund policies are as below:

  • We are committed to delivering your product within 2–3 working days inside Dhaka and within 4–5 working days outside Dhaka after the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery charge is BDT 80 inside Dhaka, BDT 110 in Dhaka sub-areas, and BDT 140 outside Dhaka. If a single order/invoice contains multiple products, the delivery charge will increase according to the quantity(shoes & bags). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the delivery charge must be paid in advance to prevent fake or fraudulent orders.
  • Check and receive your product in front of the delivery man. If the product is defective, damaged, the wrong size, the wrong color, has a missing quantity, or does not match the provided photo/video, please return it immediately to the delivery person at the time of delivery. However, after the product has been sent for delivery, any personal preference or change of mind will not be accepted. Once the product is accepted and the delivery man leaves, there will be no further option for return. Only the exchange policy will remain available thereafter.
  • Thus, once the delivery man leaves, there will be no further option for return. For this reason, we strongly advise customers to personally receive their orders, check the products in front of the delivery man, and only then accept them. Please avoid having someone else receive the delivery on your behalf, as this may cause issues with verification and product claims. If you are not at home when the delivery man contacts you, kindly inform him, and request delivery at a time when you will be available to receive the order in person.
  • Inform the delivery person immediately if any issues with your order.
    Allow the delivery person to contact our return team for assistance with the process.
    Please reseal the package in the presence of the delivery person.
    The delivery person has the right to refuse a return if the package is not properly sealed in their presence.
  • If you return a product, advance delivery charge or advance full payment that we have received will be refunded within three working days.

Exchange Policy

We know that sometimes you may buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason, we have created an exchange policy that is helpful for you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you purchased, you can exchange the item in fresh, unused condition within 2 days from the date you received the product, along with the original packing box for online orders, and we will gladly process the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. For exchanges, a delivery charge applies.

Exchange Charges:

  • Inside Dhaka BDT 150
  • Outside Dhaka BDT 200

Please note that the exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase price. If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid. No cash refund will be provided in any case. An order can be exchanged only once. Alternatively, you may also request an exchange by emailing us at support@payehype.com. Such exchanges will be processed within 4–5 working days.

Pre-order Policy

For Pre-orders,

  • Please note that there will be no cancellation after booking.
  • Also there is no return and exchange policy for pre-order products. In addition to the photos displayed on the website, extra verification images or videos of the product will be provided through Messenger/WhatsApp inbox upon request. Customers are kindly requested to carefully review the product, follow the size chart provided, and confirm the correct size before placing an order.
  • However, the return policy will apply in cases of product quality issues or if the product is received in a damaged condition. While we ensure the best quality, customers are requested to check the product carefully in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, it must be returned immediately to the delivery person. Requests for return one or two days after receiving the product will not be accepted.
  • Full payment must be cleared in advance. Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • If the return policy is applicable, the advance payment received will be refunded within three working days.
  • Delivery will be completed within 3-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. As the products are imported, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance, shipping issues, or other import-related matters. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Ordering Policy

  • Orders cannot include both Pre-order products and regular products in the same order. You have to place separate orders for Pre-order items and other products.
  • Currently, each order will be shipped only to a single destination address. If customers wish to ship products to different addresses, customers will need to place multiple separate orders.
  • We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
    Unless otherwise stated in writing, our products are not covered by any manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty beyond the condition in which they are delivered. Once a product is delivered in good condition, we are not responsible for wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

Pricing Policy

  • All products available on payehype.com are priced at their Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). The displayed price of each product includes the applicable VAT.
  • In the event of a price discrepancy caused by a technical error, payehype.com reserves the right to cancel any order.

Size Change

Dear Customer,
We are committed to ensure your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from payehype.com. If the product size doesn’t fit, you can exchange the product for a different size within 2 days from the delivery date. In this case, the regular exchange policy will be applicable.

Offers & Coupons

All offers, discounts, and coupon codes are only valid and applicable on our official e-commerce website. If you place an order manually through Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other channel outside the website, these offers and coupons will not be applicable.

Offers and coupons,

  • Cannot be applied to previous purchases, bulk/wholesale orders, or special deals unless specifically mentioned.
  • Are valid for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

Compliment Charges

A small Compliment Charge of BDT 1 is added to every order. This is part of our fun and lighthearted marketing strategy to spread smiles and happiness among our customers.
